Klook, KKday, Trip.com and hutchgo: one code per order, so the ladder decides
The short version
Codes do not stack: one per order, and AEON's terms say its Klook code cannot be combined with other discounts. At a HK$500 basket the HK$111 code is the best of the four platforms; at HK$2,800 a Trip.com hotel code pays HK$200 (7.1%) and Klook's UnionPay tier pays HK$120 (4.3%), while the HK$111 code is down to 4.0%.
Four travel platforms are running Double 11 codes at the same time, and every one of them is a fixed amount off a minimum spend. None of them scales with what you spend, which is why the headline percentage is only true at one basket size — and why "stacking a card on top" is mostly not a thing.
One code per order
A checkout field takes one code. The UnionPay Klook promotion needs a code, the Double 11 code is a code, and AEON's terms state outright that its code cannot be used together with other discounts or offers. So the realistic choice is a single code plus the card you pay with, not two discounts.
That leaves one genuine exception: a card promotion that is applied by the platform without a code, like the CCB (Asia) Klook instant discount. Its published terms give a first tier of HK$80 off and a running total of up to HK$1,290, but not the ladder between them — so it cannot be priced per basket, and it is left out of the tables below rather than guessed at.
Klook: four routes on the same basket
| Basket | Double 11 code, HK$111 off | UnionPay, all products | UnionPay, selected hotels and experiences | AEON, Japan hotel room only |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| HK$500 | $111 (22.2%) | $10 (2.0%) | — | — |
| HK$1,000 | $111 (11.1%) | $50 (5.0%) | $100 (10.0%) | — |
| HK$2,800 | $111 (4.0%) | $120 (4.3%) | $100 (3.6%) | $150 (5.4%) |
The UnionPay ladder is HK$10 off at HK$180, HK$50 at HK$800 and HK$120 at HK$1,500, plus a separate HK$100 off HK$1,000 for selected hotels and experiences in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Europe and Australia/New Zealand. AEON's is HK$50 off HK$500 on Japanese products, HK$80 off HK$800 on overseas products, and HK$150 off HK$1,200 on Japan hotel room-only bookings.
Three readings follow from the numbers:
- The HK$111 code wins only below HK$1,500. It beats the UnionPay HK$50 tier and the AEON HK$80 tier, but HK$120 is larger than HK$111, so any Klook order at or above HK$1,500 does better with the UnionPay top tier — if the card is one you hold.
- Room-only Japan bookings favour AEON at HK$1,200 and above. HK$150 beats HK$120 and HK$111, and the threshold is lower than the UnionPay top tier's.
- A HK$2,800 order is where every headline collapses. The best Klook route pays HK$150, which is 5.4%. Nothing on this platform reaches 10% at that size.
Across the four platforms
Blank cells mean the platform's minimum spend is not met, or the category does not exist there.
| Basket | Klook, best route | KKday | hutchgo | Trip.com |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| HK$500 | $111 (22.2%) | $111 (22.2%) | — | — |
| HK$1,000 | $111 (11.1%) | $111 (11.1%) | $80 (8.0%) | — |
| HK$2,800 | $120 (4.3%) | $111 (4.0%) | $80 (2.9%) | $200 (7.1%) |
The comparison is only fair within a product type. Trip.com's HK$200 is a hotel code and its minimum is HK$2,000. hutchgo's HK$80 covers flights, hotels and packages from HK$1,000, and its ladder steps up hard: HK$300 off HK$5,000 and HK$500 off HK$10,000, which is 6.0% and 5.0%. A booking sitting just under HK$5,000 is worth more than the HK$80 it currently gets, and unlike the HK$111 codes, the hutchgo ladder grows with the basket.
The HK$11 voucher is not a 99% discount
KKday's headline is a HK$1,000 HK Express flight voucher for HK$11, released at 1pm daily in limited quantity. Two things are true at once: HK$11 is the price of the voucher, and HK$989 is the gap between that and the face value — but the voucher is not a ticket. Which routes it can be used on, when it expires and whether it can be combined with anything else are not in the published detail, so the honest reading is "HK$11 for a HK$1,000 voucher with conditions still to be checked", not "99% off your flight".
The daily quota is the other half. A limited drop at a fixed hour is a competition, not a discount you can plan around; if you would not book the trip without it, treat it as a lottery.
KKday's HSBC offer is the ordinary part: up to HK$111 off with no minimum spend, at 11:00 and 23:00 windows. That is the one to use if you are buying something small.
Dates that actually stop you
- Klook Double 11 code: 2–15 November 2026, selected activities only.
- AEON Klook codes: to 11 November 2026.
- KKday Double 11: 1–14 November 2026; HSBC windows at 11:00 and 23:00.
- Trip.com hotel code: bookings to 10 November 2026.
- hutchgo HSBC codes and the UnionPay Klook ladder: to 31 December 2026, with the UnionPay code changing monthly and each tier usable once per user per month.
The order to check things in
- Is the product eligible? The Double 11 code covers designated activities, AEON's Japan tiers cover Japanese products and room-only hotel bookings, and Trip.com's code covers hotels. Eligibility decides more than the percentage does.
- What is the real basket? Add the service fee and any add-ons first; the minimum spend is measured on the order, not the sticker price.
- Which code is largest at that basket? Above HK$1,500 on Klook it is the UnionPay tier, below it the HK$111 code — the crossover is a step, not a curve.
- Pay with the right card. A code tied to a card is validated at payment; a card promotion without a code is applied by the platform and cannot be swapped for a bigger one at checkout.
Everything above is the published amounts applied to three basket sizes, and every cell is the amount divided by the basket. What the table cannot tell you is whether the specific product you want is in the eligible list on the day — that, and not the arithmetic, is where most of these codes fail.
